Re: New Amp's for 4-DR250's & 4-T39's

I do agree that the price is steeper than most for the Crown amps but so is the resale value. It's much like the resale value with Ford-v-Chevy. I would never own a Ford based on there resale value.

New Amp's for 4-DR250's & 4-T39's

DR250's are both flat and melded arrays DeltaII loaded and the T39's are Lab12 loaded.
I am looking at the Crown XTI4002 for sub duty and the XTI2002 for the tops.
Looking for confirmation that I am making the right amp choice's before I pull the trigger.
Thanks for your time,

Great review Trump, I too have received impeccable service from SpeakerHardware. Leland saved my hide for a new years party a few years back with his fast service.

Re: (Yet ANOTHER) DR250 Build Thread!

It mentions something like "drive a screw in the top and bottom", but it doesn't say in the top & bottom of what. That would be the top and bottom of the cab. IOW, the screw is driven into the ends of each support from outside of the cab (top and bottom). +1 Make sure when you do this...

Re: (Yet ANOTHER) DR250 Build Thread!

Don't rush anything. Take your time and do a good job and you will be done before you know it. When it comes to firing them up for the first time make sure you take the time to measure the output and EQ to your liking before you dump the power to them. It will make all of the hard work worth it in a...

This is what is wrong with this country today.
People just need to mind there own business and be happy that you are bringing revenue into the area that otherwise would not be there.

Re: Fire in the Hole

I have ran into this numerous times playing outdoors where even a small campfire is involved. It can have a very cool effect on most classic rock songs if enough adult beverages are added into the mix  Its a neat way to learn how the atmosphere around us effects sound waves. Try it sometime...
