Re: Increase the output of your amps!??
I started using this method for my subs about two years ago. No complain so far. I run a EP2500 with 4 T39 and and I see a bit more headroom when pushed to maximum. Could be a placebo effect but didn't cost me anything to try. I have my amp bridged, channel A speaker connected with a speakon and I u...

Re: adding reverb & effects
A very cheap unit that does a decent job is the behringer FEX800. My girlfriend uses it with a behringer mixer 802 for her online karaoke. Very good to give more life to a vocal. about 70$ new.

Re: Hitch Cargo Carrier?
What do you do when it's raining on your way to the event? Two poly tarps strapped together. Easy to do and doesnt flap with the wind. The longest ride I did was Montreal-Toronto with one sub only. Barely noticed it was there cos it was on it's side. With two, I put them upside down to have most of...

Re: Hitch Cargo Carrier?
I'm using a modified cargo trailer to carry my two T39. Very handy when you don't have a trailer on hand. Mine is modified to accept 22" T39 and I also made an angled support for better strenght Total cost was around 170.00$ The modification was done by welders at my shop. My hitch capacity is ...
Re: info
Thanks that puts them a lot cheaper than the Dr300. I am paying close to $60.00 for the 1/2 inch stuff from the home depot. Can`t seem to find any where cheaper here in kitchener Canada.HD claims its the real deal. I paid around 35$Can. for Arauco and the Russian Birch sells for 40$ in the Montreal...

Re: Will EP-1500 power T39 ?
Ok, i have recalculated pack space. After all, seems that i will build this T39 pair 22 inch wide, so there will be no big loose in performance! (now just to get some money) uuuu, need some moooneyy That is exactly what I built. You wont regret it, but maybe the EP 1500 won't be enough. I...

Re: Faulty DCX2496
I haven't come any closer to a solution, so I have abandoned it as a repair will cost more than half of a new item. Thanks for your help everybody. I had same kind of issue with a DEQ2496.My problem was intermittent but the last time I got the problem, I resolded some ground wires on the output jac...

slyslam, From Partsexpress 1016 piezos. James R, Pre made arrays would be the best way unless you like to curse, get frustrated, have lots of time and get high on glue fumes. Leyland's arrays are matched and look very nice. That confirms my tought. McBride in Canada sells the same piezo for 3.16$ C...

After a few months with this kit I can only say good things about it. This kit is primaly used as a bass guitar rig but honestly I never tought it woould be so good for music. I just put some amazing music from Alain Caron ( a phenomenal jazz fusion bass player from Montreal) with about 12 watts of ...
