Re: Brand dormancy
Bill needs to hire a PR/Marketing/Social Media person. Seriously, this is the best kept secret around for sound. Exploit it and go up against the expesive brands and then publicize the shit out of it! Get these millennials and hipsters into this world.

Your are getting there. I am excited for you - I love the smell of a new Baltic Birch cab in my vehicle! Too bad the smell fades too quickly.

Hole saws on clearance at Lowe's
Fyi, I've been in 3 different Lowes stores this week and they have hole saws clearanced for around $3 each vs. $9 dollars regular price. Different sizes available, but once they are gone, no more sale. I am thinking they were the Porter Cable brand, but not positive.
Hope this helps out someone!

I'm running a 10" loaded AT in my backyard to fill in the bottom end a little. It definitely works good in the moderate volume levels I do around the pool.

Re: 15" THT 36X36X27
If you are dead set on biscuits to further strengthen or so it is easy to dry fit, next time use 1/2" plywood and use pocket screws instead of biscuits. I have built some of these cabs with pocket screws and they work very well. AND, a few subs here have been built successfully using 1/4" ...

Yeah, that was for 5x5. They have 4x8 but they were substantially higher priced (around $50 iirc).

Even better: http://www.parts-express.com/tang-band-w2-2040s-2-rbm-micro-subwoofer-4-ohm--264-950 It's good to 75 hz, but a bit more dollars. You'd think more cents due to the size, but no its dollars. 5.3mm x-max in a 2" driver  That thing will poke your eye out if you're not careful! ...
