Re: Is System Architect necessary?
When I closed it, and reopened, it would not find or open the saved settings. Any tips? Not sure how to help you here. Its all about files and folders. When I named my settings for the DR250's they were saved as DR250Best, DR250Jazz, DR250Rock, etc.. Same for my T39's. Search your hard drive for sp...

Re: Is System Architect necessary?
Band Manager and System Architect are both a HiQnet software product. I have downloaded and worked with SA a few times. But found that BM was much easier to use and run. Check it out. Lastcat.

Re: Is System Architect necessary?
I use the System Architect software, Band Manager 1. And have been for 3 yrs. It eliminates the extra Processors, such as an external EQ, DSP, etc... http://www.crownaudio.com/bandmanager Once you have set your Xti Amps with Band Manager, it is good to go. Settings are saved in the Amp and no longer...

Re: How high?
Thanks Harley, draehn. I should share with you what I did. The Stage is actually my gear boxes I made a from 1/2 Plywood. Interior boxes are well braced too. Everything you see gets packed into 2 longs boxes, (that have wheels that I remove) and 4 of the Black Gear boxes on top of the Stage. I like ...

Re: How high?
The stands will extend to about 10ft. The bottom of the stack is typically 7-8 ft from the ground. Me too. Usually in a large room, where ceilings are a good 16' high, room is a typical gym or cafeteria. Bottom of Cabinets 7-8' high, angled and aimed towards the crowd at the back of the room. Also ...

Re: Hawaiian Party
Thanks MC, Many thanks to Bill. Someday I will get a Pro. Camera Company to come into a gig and get some video's for my Business. I use the Xti Crown Amps and http://www.crownaudio.com/bandmanager to tune the System on my Computer or Laptop. Do a few sound test, walk the room. One of the best benefi...

Hawaiian Party
Camera is not the best, either too high or too low. And this Video does not do any justice at all, lots of lows. Ya, I wish this was a Spielberg Production, oh well, complain, we have heard it before. Love my BFM System (thanks Bill), and my lights. :hyper: 4 T39's and 2 DR250's. Some good rriends, ...

Re: Six Dr 250 with eight subwoofers
Very nice, I like how you stacked those 250's, -1, I'm afraid. A J array should have the lowermost speakers tilted downward, the uppermost aimed at the furthest point of the coverage area, not the other way around. And as sooner or later someone will bring up the insufficient distance betwee...

Re: DR250 and T39
...DR250's about 30' apart, up about 9'. I wanted to ask you about why you had your tops so high? Were the highs fading in and out all over the room, like they were in the video? 9' is fine. On the left, it was actually over the top of a partition, you can barely see. Highs fading? Not at all, Flip...
