I'm in a time crunch so I just ripped a piece of 3/4 about 10' wide. cut out the braces to the wider end dimension. I Stacked the braces with double sided tape inbetween and drilled 2 pilot holes, Screwed them to the plywood and ran through the saw. Might not be the best method, but it was quick and...

I picked up the BB at Ft worth Plywood and it is a 9Ply. Their website said 7. It was 24.00 for the 5x5 or 49.00 for the 4x8 so i bought 3- 5x5 sheets. I should have got 4 at least. I confirmed the BB from the plywood company is 7 even plys at $23 for a 5x5 sheet
Lowes in my area carries the arauco in 15/32 5 ply for $29. 4x8 sheet.

Fort worth plywood company the product is call russian Baltic birch and is 7 plys.
The home depot stuff is a void free 9 or ten plys arauco is this not acceptable?
