Re: (Yet ANOTHER) DR250 Build Thread!
Would upvc half round guttering work in place of the 100mm pipe? It is around 115mm across the open side and slightly flexible.

Re: Sitting Room Build: Jack 12 Lite
Both at once for me. I tried the one at a time route and ended up with one cab slightly different in size (only really by the width of a saw kerf). Hardly noticeable but I know it's there and it annoys me!

Re: OTOP 12 JARRAY PROJECT.
The T-Nuts were nailed to flush with the spacer. The spacer was then heavily glued to the baffle and nailed to secure them in place while the glue cured. And this leaves no hole in the woofer baffle for the threaded part of the driver mounting bolt to go through as you are tightening down the drive...

Re: dutch Titan 39
By "no bracing" I just mean not bracing the access panel as this would be 19mm ply. Clearly the 12mm panels would be braced as per plans

Re: dutch Titan 39
I was thinking to do the whole panel in 19mm on softwood battens top, bottom and sides with rubber seals - probably increase the front to back measurement overall by 7mm or set the panel 7mm closer to the baffle. No bracing.
Just a thought!

Re: dutch Titan 39
I don't have the T39 plans yet, but it will almost certainly be my next build. I agree the larger access panel looks nicer ... could it be made from 19mm ply?
That panel cops a pounding. And I admit my access panel is larger than it should be
