The other thing is that the speaker line (lenght of the contiguous midwoofers) needs to be at least 3 ft. (or thereabouts) in order to take advantage of an arrayed configuration. If it's shorter than that and/or with the impedance problems everyone is pointing out ...you may be better off building 2...

After thinking about it for some time, I've decided to use an active digital cross-over and bi-amplification rather than a passive cross-over. My current power amplifier, an OutLaw 7125, will power the midwoofers. And perhaps a small 20 watt T-amp to power the tweeter line? For the active digital cr...

Is there a taper on your TLAH build? ...maybe it's just the angle of the photos?
