Does anybody know of a 1-stop shop or online resource for all the drivers for a David either in London or Madrid? TY all!

Re: OT12s - Initial DEQ setup and comments

Hey Stu Since I live in Argentina and Eminence drivers have no date of restocking (since a couple of years now), I find your findings quite useful. If the specs are trustworthy and the price is similar, I will consider them. Have my doubts on both. But since I have 2 J12 empty cabs siting in the gar...

Re: 2510 loaded J10's from Argentina

Thanks! Tolex is not really available here, this is simple leatherette. Cloth backened, contact cement glued. Cool looking but not terribly durable. (If anyone is interested I can ship it in exchange for some Duratex goods lol+sad) No water-based poliurethane paint is available either, thinking of g...

Re: Getting PL off hands?

Posted this somewhere else
In Argentina the PL equivalent is Fanatite 520.
I take it off my hands by washing with regular soap, bubble up as much as possible and, before rinsing, rub with pomice stone. That is the stuff women use to soften her feet.
Give it a try.
See ya!

Re: Router templates and logo's

I'm doing that same thing on my cabs but I found out that, unfortunately, if the ply is of not a great quality, it shows it big time. Forces me to sand the inner part of the letters.
YMMV

Re: Jack 15

I guess my searching skills are below par :owned: Ok, lets redo this: J115D2515M20,8x10Sealed Don't know why the graph on the 8x10 stops at 200hz, according to the comparisson with tens thread , the graph hugs the 105dB line from there on. Ok, from this graph, a J15 kills the 8x10 in the 4th string'...

Re: Jack 15

I have 2 unopened 2515's that stare at me and whisper to me while I sleep... LOL Did not find a J15 entry in the SPL tool on the site, but to me and my naked eye, its SPL graph appears to be very much comparable to an 8x10 loaded with Alpha 10's ( 8x10 is strong 105db from 100hz on , J15 from 120ish...

Definitely could be bigger. Jut a guesstimation on my part. That's a basketball court in there, if the dimensions are more or less the official ones, its 94x50 OK, maybe its smaller lol Edit: Here are the dimensions to mark the court by. An NBA and official NCAA (college) court is 94 ft long and 50...

Re: Interesting build request by a 5 year old!

The really great thing about this kind of project is that you know you are opening a window for that little person and with just a little extra push from life, that little person could become a musician or maybe a cab builder. :loler: It's what I always say to my soon to be wife. She's a music teach...

Don't you love when you actually get to use the old gear you refused to sell just in case some need arises? :D I like what jswingchun added, :fingers: just in case =) I'm building a couple of J12s myself. Wished I'd seen your pic on clamping the 45deg pieces in the throat before. Mine were not bad b...
