Re: SSOOOO tempted to buy this table saw

I got my R4511 the same way, on clearance. It works very well and was an outstanding value. No regrets. I really don't understand HD's plan with regard to selling larger tools like this. They offer them for sale, but they don't make space for them in their store. I can't imagine that they sell very ...

Re: Guideboard lengths?

A 4 footer is nice for crosscutting 4x8 sheets Not near as nice as these: http://images.rockler.com/rockler/images/32777-03-200.jpg http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=25134 FWIW, I just picked up a couple of the 50" versions of these on sale for $29.99 at my local Rockler store. They're o...

Re: MCM sale with free shipping on ALL orders

I ordered a couple. The order page had two totals, one with shipping and one without. When I got my email confirming the shipment (next business day!), it contained an invoice without shipping, which also matched the amount on my credit card. It looks like they're honoring the free shipping.

Re: Crest CA4

I have a CA6. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is heavy and it is deep, so it requires a deep rack to mount it. It's a clean, powerful, reliable amp. I've only run it with efficient cabs, and it's always made plenty of power.

Re: dewalt track saw

There's a review here: http://thewoodwhisperer.com/81-dewalt-tracksaw-review/ I get by with a simple straight edge like this: http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=119887-1099-CG100&lpage=none Not nearly as elegant as the option that LelandCrooks posted, but a lot che...
