Re: auto tuba plans?
Why oh why did I use Loctite on these 8/32 screws :slap: All but three of them came out ok, had to get a little creative in getting the other ones out :chainsaw: I just ended up using some much wider 10/32 t nuts and screws that I already had. Wood screws may have been better, but i only have one do...

Re: DR200 Kent's build
looking real nice!
Are you planning on any grills or rock n roll as is?
Your HF section looks really nice, i'm excited to see how your drivers sound all loaded up in there.

auto tuba plans?
well, my $35 MCM driver finally gave it up after 13 years. I think the only reason actually is that i dropped it and i bet i messed up the alignment and then tried to play it and cooked the coil... it's froze solid. You can still get the MCM diver from Newark. Curious if the plans have changed since...

What drivers are you going with?
Are you going to pair them up with some subs?

Re: Beta 8a bolt pattern drawing
I was hoping for something like this, but I do see they indeed give a spec for the screw holes

Beta 8a bolt pattern drawing
Anyone have a DXF, DWG of the Beta 8a frame? Perhaps a PDF drawing of what the hole spacing is?
I have one for the Delta pro 8 and i'm thinking about upgrading drivers. I want to lay the bolt pattern and driver opening on top of each other and see what i'd be in for.

Re: Basic EQ settings for OT8
Not a lot of gigs these day, but still getting a work out of em. The OT8s and two T39s have been great for the size of gigs i've been doing, but I feel a little lake of mid bass and the highs are a little harsh. Hoping some auto EQ will help me out. Probably warrants it's own thread, but i wonder if...

Subtronics Minneapolis show
Does anyone know what their rig consists of, and what a comparable BFM rig would look like?
I'm never going to get there, but it's fun to dream

Re: T39 Alternate driver option?
Hi Tom! I had to google it, but you can calculate Vd by multiplying Xmax by SD and I'm only coming up with 155CC for this guy. Unfortunately that's quite a bit less than the BP102, though it is more than the S2010. Might not add up, but it sure looks cool :D I don't really NEED more cabs, but if the...

T39 Alternate driver option?
It's been a while since i've posted on here, hope everyone is doing well and is either covered in saw dust and PL or jammin some tunes. Just wanted to see if this 10" Neo Eminenece driver would work with some slim T39s. https://www.parts-express.com/Eminence-Professional-10-Paper-Cone-Neodymium...

Re: Speaking event in a large space
what about reflections from the back wall and causing feedback issues? Or are we talking about two separate issues?
