off topic but related....i just finished painting my t39s w some satin latex black paint. do i sand it down first or can i just put duratex after it dries? rolled on or sprayed on (i do have a hopper gun)?

i thought duratex would have trouble sticking to oil based paints...

also any reason to go with exterior paint vs interior? semi gloss of flat?

painting b4 applying duratex?

sand box down w 40 grit... then apply primer? or is ok to go straight to flat black then duratex on top? any specific flat black paint to use/avoid?

i have a bunch left over from a revious project. can i get by using this for building my sled or is it crucial to stick w 3/4"?

so the only place i could find baltic birch locally is @ dixlieline. they carry 5x5 sheets ($32 p/ sheet) but only in small quantity. 3-5 to be exact. from the looks of it, theres 9 plys in the 1/2"., all seem to be even and doesnt look like the cheap crap with the veneer on the outside. thing ...
