Thanks for the info, glad you're happy with them! Stu No problem. Don't forget the 10" should handle more power also, but I've never seen them for sale in the UK. Was it PE that still had some in stock? Cool Mike, brings back sweet memories. I have had 2 Peugeots 205, loved the handling of the...

Mike what drivers are you using in that? Where did you get them? I am thinking about making one of these now, perhaps using the Alcone BX10 http://www.bkelec.com/HiFi/Drive_Units/Alcone/bx10.htm Partially because I want to see the suitability of the BX10 for horn loaded subs in general. Sure Fs is ...

You can't use an Autotuna unless you scale it down.

But then it would look fishy.

I'd certainly like to sea that....
This isn't the time or plaice for this sort of sillyness. ;)

Damn my bad typing...

The seatbacks are actually touching the cab... It couldn't be any further back tho or my boot wouldn't shut... http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/4990/imgp1053dn2.jpg There is around 7" between the mouth and the side of my car... I'm guessing this is ok, I can maybe increase to 8" or 9&quo...

Big Autotuna in a small car...

I'm not sure if BMW have introduced the Mini over in the US, but my car is smaller than this, in fact it is almost as small as the original 1960's Mini. It's a Peugeot 205 (pics here of it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peugeot_205 ) Anyway, I found I had just enough room for an 18" wide dual dr...

Nice! I've built my AT with the intention of it going in the car, but I'm still using it for HT right now...

I may try playing around with the position in the boot (trunk), and see how much difference it makes... :)

Pretty sure you have to have an account with them to order components direct. I have had one for about 10 years now from when I started making flightcases (just found out last weekend that one of my first cases is still on tour with Chubbby Brown !) I just phone up to place an order. Nice people to...

They seem to do the stackable corners, nice. :) The only problem is that I cannot order from them - it keeps trying to take me to a reseller than says there aren't any near me. Do I have to make an account or anything like that? Not sure if they've changed their setup - it's been about a year since...

Yep, I'll be sure to order a few extras - I always try to do this with stuff that comes from the US. Stu: This is the closest thing I could find: http://www.wle-shop.co.uk/modules/shop/view.asp?catid=5&Prodcode=853.116 I guess it would work but there is no dimensions or much info about them on t...

Cab corners

I've tried searching, but the search on the forum appears to be broken. :( I'm after some corners, and the only ones I've managed to find that fit the bill are in the US: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190185664009 All I need is for them to fit on an array of AT's, and allow ...

Hi all, I'm Will and I'm from the UK... I see there are a few others from the UK on here also. :) My interests include music production, and I'm always buying a fiddling with new gear, and came across this site in a bid to improve my sound system! I hope to build an autotuba for my car first, then g...
