Show me your plate amps

#1 Post by caleb105 »

I understand that if you're using plate amps (Bash 300, etc) to power your THT or TT, that you want to keep them close to your receiver & run speaker wire out to your subs to help prevent ground hum.

I've seen a few pictures of people mounting their plate amps in 4-sided boxes (leaving the back open for air flow), or just leaving them on the ground. I've also heard people mention mounting their plate amps in a rack, but haven't been able to find any pictures.

I'd love to see pics of how you've chosen to deal with your plate amps! Thanks!
