Because it's adding more to the chain, I would leave it out initially.
Get everything else sorted first...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

Re: Looking for an amp recommendation
Thanks Grant Bunter, yes I was referring to the fact that I still don't know whether it is possible to use a digital bluetooth receiver with the minidsp and if so, which one.
I want to have bluetooth setup as soon as possible because the minidsp will be located in a location that is not useable for a wired connection (i.e. usb)
If anyone can direct me I would truly appreciate it!

Re: Looking for an amp recommendation
What version of Bluetooth does your Macbook support?
I know the later versions were considerably better and not having to compress the audio anywhere near as much. I would get the latest BT version (4.0?) on your receiver then at least you don't have to upgrade it should you end up getting a 4.0 transmitter.

Re: Looking for an amp recommendation
It does have bluetooth 4.0 already built in.
Any models you would recommend specifically for use in my scenario?
Many thanks!

Re: Looking for an amp recommendation
Decided to go with apple's airport express A1392. Awesome little device! Also avoids the problem of bluetooth compression.
It outputs digital using a combined mini TOSLINK and conventional 3.5mm port, both in one...
Thanks!
