Afternoon Bill, when using dual Tang Band W6's in an AT or TAT, what's your guidance on placement when mounting the driver(s) to the baffle?

Still use edge of the driver(s) the stated distance to panel 4?
or
Line up the smaller drivers along where the center line of the 8" driver would normally be?

Keep the same frame distance to panel 4.

No build pics yet, as I'm well into SLA Pro construction at the moment. This project is third on my cab "to-do" list.

They will be for our 2ch system, which consists of an OPPO BDP-103 patched to an NAD C390DD and PWR-ICE250 driving a pair of Frazier CAT40 and what will be a pair of Auto Tubas, loaded with these W6 drivers.

I already tested the setup with my other pair of MCM loaded AT's to see if they'd perform as required....which they did naturally. I suspect these will sound simply fantastic for this application.

The test drive, in order to see (and most importantly to listen) if the Auto Tuba and Frazier would play well together, at all, in this arrangement. As I mentioned before, the result was overwhelmingly positive. 8)
