Is that 3/4" plywood?

Looks like 1/2" stacked together, 2 pieces for each cut.

On the edges of your cuts, it looks like you have a bit of gripping from either your fence or table top - might be time for a quick light sand and a bit of wax.

Yes cutting 2 baffles at once. You are right I cleaned the table and fence a few weeks ago but it definitely needs some more TLC.

Can I rotate the woofer spacer 22.5 degrees so the points are 0,90,180,360 when I install it without adverse effects? It looks cooler that way and is much easier to align.

Yep....it only serves to give more holding power to the screws.....
