I understand that this is nowhere near an optimal setup. The picture with the 3 4512s stacked was purely to get the array high enough for a proper test. I will make a platform soon, but still trying to think of a good design! Any ideas?
I was referring to the rig where you can see your unpainted T48's stacked, presumably a DJ rig in between. That's ok though, you understand what I'm saying.
Other forum members have come up with some good solutions.
Forum member "pulseman" came up with:

Look about half way down the page. These stands were self made, and fold up to take very little space IIRC.
I would suggest to PM pulseman, but I haven't seen him around the forum for ages.
Another option is a scaffold type arrangement.
I know you don't have Harbour freight, so it's just an example:

Again, these break up to make packing easier.
While it seems like a waste of time and energy, even taking 3 x 4512's a side to gigs simply to stack the J array on (but turned backwards so they look like boxes) would allow you to cluster the T48's until you come up with something...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...
