Re: Another OT12 build
Actually I really really can't wait for the next two weeks to go by - my bandleader agreed to let me run my rig for our next gig, two weeks from yesterday. It's in a smallish hall, so having "only" two T39s won't be a problem. Brand-new Behringer XR18 going through a QSC PLD 4.2 for mains and monitors, and a QSC PLD 4.3 for subs. I've done about as much testing and preconfiguration as I can - EQ, limiting, mixer snapshot - but it'll be a maiden voyage for the entire stack. We will have plenty of time beforehand at the venue to dial it all in, though, and it's an informal family gig, so low pressure. But I'm really excited to get a proper shakedown cruise!

It would be really cool if you could get someone to capture some decent-quality video and audio of your set-up. I know I would be watching...

Re: Another OT12 build
I finished my OTOP12's last weekend. I will be running the pair on top of two T39's at shows we provide FOH. I am completely blown away how they sound! Anticipation accumulated during the entire build "I sure hope these sound as good as everyone that's used them says they do".
Trust me... they're all that and then some! You, your band mates and your audience will not be disappointed!
My system is:
Allen & Heath Mix Wizard 16.2
DBX Driverack PA2
QSC gx5 tops
QSC gx7 subs
Lexicon mx300 just a touch of reverb
That's it! POWERHOUSE! Light weight, very mobile, keeps the cork sniffers guessing!
Best part... Bar none... I can load the entire system by myself!
