Dual THTLP's
Re: Dual THTLP's
I might just make them anyway. It won't be much work and I think it will look better.
Re: Dual THTLP's
SERIOUSLY impressed with your work man. I have 2 THT's that I wanna replace with LP ones (I know I have a sickness).... I like the idea of making them into pillars like you did
what wood did you use though??? I would use baltic birch but it only comes in 5x5 sheets and this sucker is 6 feet long

i used 1/2" Arauco plywood. not sure where your located, but these are actually for sale in the Southeast MI area.
Re: Dual THTLP's
I know this thread is 4 years old, but It is similar to what I want to do with my build. I was wondering if anyone had ever taken this a step further and attached the Cab to the wall and added something like this to the edges where it meets the wall? Would there be any drawbacks to doing this?
Re: Dual THTLP's
I would want to make sure that the low freqs generated will not cause the cab or trim to vibrate against something else. Oh, and, no, I don't mean the cab panels vibrating from within.
