Obviously the SLA doesn't compete with the OTop; that's what you get when you make small size the #1 priority. However, compared to commercial line array offerings the SLA very much holds it's own. Here it's compared to the Peavey VersArray 12:

BTW, if you're thinking about an MA12, you must use it with the dedicated $500 Bose controller for EQ correction. The SLA Pro has flat enough response that it will work very well with no EQ.
