Leland, can the new braces be cut 1/8" oversize using 3/8" BB? Or, would that have to be "custom ordered"?

That would be a custom, and dependent on the availability of 3/8. I expect we'd have up charge for the full sheet needed, I don't know about the extra coding. If it's for weight, these are really light with the cutouts.
